Welcome to UNYIELD. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every order placed through unyield.nl. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

UNYIELD is a clothing brand operated by Randy Hilgersom, based in Purmerend, the Netherlands. Our full company details are listed at the bottom of this page.

2. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Because our garments are produced in limited quantities and partly on demand, availability can change at any time.

Serie 01 items are sold as pre-orders. This means your item is produced after you order it. Estimated shipping dates are stated on the product page and in your order confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes. UNYIELD operates under the Dutch small business scheme (kleineondernemersregeling, KOR) and does not charge VAT.

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Shipping

We ship via PostNL. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Delivery page. For pre-orders, delivery times start once production is complete.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. To do so, contact us at info@unyield.nl with your order number within that period. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

For pre-orders, you may cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund.

Returned items must be in their original condition: unwashed, undamaged, and with any tags attached. Trying an item on is fine. Visibly worn or washed items cannot be refunded.

Refunds include the product price and the original standard shipping cost you paid. Return shipping is at your own expense. We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return.

6. Warranty and defects

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@unyield.nl within a reasonable time and we will resolve it, either through repair, replacement, or refund, in line with your legal rights.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of UNYIELD and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Liability

UNYIELD is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
