I was once a young boy carrying 20 kilos of extra weight. I looked at myself and thought: this is not who I want to be. Not only out of shame — but also out of ambition.
I decided to change. Step by step, day by day. I lost 20 kilos, discovered fitness, and fell in love with the gym and the progress.
That moment changed everything. Not just my body — but my life.
